   13 - Can I make up a large amount of Organic Kamut and keep it in the refrigerator?  Not advised. Active nutrients are released when Kamut is mixed with the liquids and should be taken within 10-15 minutes after preparation. The maximum 'pre-made time' is 2 hours. When active nutrients are no longer protected by being in a dry state, they will begin to oxidize and degrade.

   14 - Will Kamut cause diarrhea or constipation? Organic Kamut will help rebuild healthy intestinal flora and therefore may have a positive effect on regularity and gas. Green Kamut has traditionally been used to promote regularity and does not cause constipation in most cases. Acne on the face and body, diarrhea, or constipation may occur if you start off with too much, too soon- or if you do not drink enough water- but it is a rare occurrence.

   15 - Is Kamut okay for children? Yes. However, we suggest that you give young children and infants a reduced serving size in proportion to their body weight. For children 10 years or older, a regular serving size is fine since even though they weigh less than adults, their metabolism is generally higher.

    16 -  Does the wheat in Organic Kamut contain gluten? No, the powdered juice is taken from the wheat grass and not the wheat grain. The grass, unlike the grain, does not contain gluten. None of the ingredients in Green Kamut contain gluten so it is safe for people who are sensitive to it.
